Bounce House Rental Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk

I understand that renting and using an inflatable or bounce house at or through [Your Business Name] involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injury, including but not limited to: falls inside, from, or against the inflatable; collisions between participants; entrapment or entanglement; injuries from flips or roughhousing; and hazards from weather including wind gusts and wet surfaces. I understand these risks may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, death, or property damage. I voluntarily choose to proceed with full knowledge of these risks, on my own behalf and on behalf of any minors listed below.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

In consideration of being permitted to participate or rent, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless [Your Business Name], its owners, officers, employees, agents, and landlords from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained while participating in the activity, using rented equipment or property, or while on the premises, whether arising from the ordinary negligence of [Your Business Name] or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Authorization

I represent that I (and any minors listed below) am in good health and have no condition that would make participation unsafe. In the event of an emergency, I authorize [Your Business Name] to secure emergency medical treatment at my expense. I understand [Your Business Name] does not provide medical insurance on my behalf.

Rules and Safety Instructions

I agree to follow all posted rules and all verbal or written instructions given by staff, including: constant adult supervision while in use, no flips or roughhousing, grouping participants by size, no use in winds over 15 mph or when wet, and keeping shoes, glasses, and sharp objects out of the inflatable. I understand that failure to follow rules or instructions may result in removal from the premises or termination of the rental without refund, and that I am responsible for any damage I cause through misuse of equipment, property, or facilities.

Renter Responsibility

As the renting customer, I accept responsibility for supervising use of the equipment at all times during the rental period, ensuring all users (and the parents/guardians of minor users) are made aware of the safety rules, and returning the equipment in the condition received. I accept the cleaning and damage charges described in my rental agreement for damage beyond normal wear.

Severability and Governing Law
